Chipotle Chicken Salad

• 3/4 cup Original Chipotle Mayonnaise
• 3 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
• 1 cup diced bell pepper
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix until well blended.

Chipotle Tuna Salad

• 5 tablespoons Original Chipotle Mayonnaise 
• 1 5.5 oz. can tuna
• 2 tablespoons chopped celery
• 1 teaspoon chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons pickle relish

Mix until well blended.

Chipotle Coleslaw

• 1/2 cup Original Chipotle Mayonnaise 
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar 
• One pound package coleslaw mix 

Mix first three ingredients until well blended
Toss with a one pound package of coleslaw mix
